About
ING Invest is an architecture studio in Podgorica, founded in 1997. We design residential, public, hospitality and commercial buildings across Montenegro. Our buildings follow the terrain and keep the existing greenery. We work in BIM.
The studio is led by architect Veselin Bato Radulović.

BIM design
BIM brings every phase of a project into one intelligent digital model. Better coordination of architecture, structure and building services lets us spot issues early, reduce errors and plan better. Clashes between services and structure are found and solved at the design stage, cutting site changes, costs and delays. The same model produces accurate drawings, bills of quantities and coordination plans for everyone involved in construction.
There is no such thing as an ideal project, but we strive for perfection so that we at least achieve excellence.
