Condo hotel Breza

A hotel-type building in the Breza neighbourhood of Kolašin, between the Tara river and Bašanje brdo. The sloping terrain is resolved with an underground level that forms a flat base for the volume above.

This simplifies construction on a level platform that is barely noticeable thanks to a careful relationship with the terrain. A simple façade grid is stretched by the dynamic pitched roof, an interpretation of the mountain peaks.

Apart from essential access routes, the grounds are left to nature, with natural stone wherever the building meets the landscape.
