Concept
The concept grew out of the spatial layout, the surrounding context and aesthetic and functional parameters. Commercial space occupies the ground floor and the remaining floors are residential.
The irregular plan follows the shape of the plot and the given planning parameters. The flat roof is non-accessible, in keeping with the character and volume of the building.
Earth tones, white and terracotta complement the green texture of the hill and the Morača riverbank, while glazing breaks the strict monumentality. Green planters on the roof tie the building further into its surroundings.
