Concept
The concept consists of two L-shaped volumes, each with one leg cascading out of the full mass, opening an atrium at the heart of the complex.
The atrium is the central point of the complex, carefully designed on natural terrain with rich high and low greenery, since the two-level underground garage occupies only the footprint of the building.
Free orientation on all four sides, large openings, greenery on the façade and private courtyards for ground-floor apartments promote design at a human scale.
Earthy façade tones in plaster and brick, with views of Gorica hill and the surrounding parks, create a sense of calm and rest.
