The reconstruction for the Primary Court in Podgorica reinterprets the existing judicial complex through a disciplined architectural language that emphasizes dignity, transparency and institutional presence.

Deep horizontal cornices, vertical circulation towers and a regular grid of openings give the building a composed civic rhythm, while the renewed façades balance smooth plaster, brick accents and generous glazing.

Across both daylight and evening views, the proposal presents the court as a calm and legible public building, updated for contemporary use while preserving the gravity expected of a judicial institution.
