Concept
A mixed-use building within the detailed urban plan 'Momišići A, zone 2' in Podgorica, next to Vezirov most bridge, on plot UP 14 of 3,650 m². Approx. 12,500 m² gross: 9,800 m² above ground (housing and offices) and 2,700 m² of underground parking. The ground floor (approx. 940 m²) is commercial; the upper floors are residential.
88 apartments are planned. One-bedroom units face Serdara Jola Piletića Street and the bridge, while larger two- and three-bedroom units face the inner courtyard with views of the Morača river. Parking is provided underground and in part of the courtyard.
