Concept
The complex lies in the western part of Perast, at the eastern end of Penčići bay, facing the town's main east–west pedestrian route, the former Velja Street, and the coastal road built in the early 20th century.
The reconstruction of seven existing buildings includes adapting the restored Smekja palace and its younger wing (renovated in 2008), reconstructing a ruined baroque building and a 1979 factory hall once used by the Jadran garment factory, and restoring the town's urban grain according to the Perast Urban Project.
All interventions respect the architectural and ambient values of the ensemble and the town, following Perast's traditional architectural elements, which are also highlighted in the interiors.
The hotel has 130 rooms and suites, an à la carte restaurant and an indoor pool with spa and wellness centre.
