Microcomplex MTH

Microcomplex MTH is a cluster of low-rise residential units woven into the pine-covered slopes above Kotor, designed as an intimate micro-village rather than a single building.

Render façades, terracotta roofs and wooden shutters draw directly from the local vernacular, while private pools, stone walls and lush Mediterranean planting frame each home.

Pedestrian lanes, cypress alleys and shared green pockets link the houses, creating a quiet, walkable community that sits gently within its natural setting.
