RTM 8 is conceived as a contemporary residential building for Bar, balancing strong urban presence with calm, livable façades and generous outdoor extensions.
The massing combines clean horizontal bands, recessed darker volumes and planted balconies to create depth, rhythm and a softer street-facing character.
With two underground levels, a ground floor and eight upper floors, the project organizes housing, access and shared exterior space into a compact residential ensemble tailored to everyday life.
