Concept
A high-density residential building in Bar. Its rounded white façade and balustrades recall the decks of a ship, stepping back toward the top floors.
On some façades the balustrades run continuously, reinforcing the nautical image; elsewhere breaks and pauses are introduced, including a three-storey opening in one wing.
Planted balconies and terraces reduce the perceived bulk. Darker recessed parts stay in shadow behind the greenery, while the white balconies stand out in front.
