Two almost identical residential towers of ground plus ten floors rise above a two-level underground garage, with 81 apartments per tower, 162 in total.

Each tower is split along its axis by a central corridor with units on both sides. Floors +1 to +8 share the same layout; the ground floor differs because of its direct contact with the street and the entrance.

From floor +9, duplex apartments form in the left half, while a roof terrace with planters and greenery tops the right half at floor +10.

Dividing the mass removes monotony: two smaller structures instead of one large one, with vertical changes and a set-back top floor. Materials complete the effect.
