Budva has become a symbol of tourism, and of unplanned growth. In such a setting the pressure to build is relentless, and the real task is to respond correctly. This collective housing project had to be organised within large permitted dimensions.

The architecture is segmented horizontally and vertically: instead of one mass there are two, and neither is monolithic.

The organic form seems to grow out of the ground in strokes, always keeping a piece of the earth it was born from. White surfaces emphasise the curves and dissolve the perceived size of the building.
