Concept
The Science and Technology Park is conceived as a contemporary civic campus that brings research, innovation and public life together within a single, clearly legible architectural gesture in Podgorica.
Rusticated stone volumes are layered with light-filled glazed bands and slender steel canopies, creating a calm rhythm of solid and transparent surfaces that mediate between the scale of the institution and the everyday user.
At its heart, an open courtyard anchored by sculpture, planting and informal seating becomes a shared forum for researchers, students and visitors: an outdoor extension of the laboratories and offices wrapped around it.
